Active Membership

Active memberships will consist of members completing the required amount of 10 volunteer hours for a given semester at The Ohio State University.
Members who have achieved the active membership status in the Fall semester will have the opportunity to vote and run for executive office positions during the officer elections regardless of their spring volunteer hours.

How can I earn hours toward my membership?

Meetings (1hr) — Any Buckeye Blood Club related meeting; such meetings include but are not limited to: blood battle committee meetings, general club meetings, chapter services meetings, etc.
Social Media Post (0.5hrs, limit 3hrs/semester) — Any post on social media promoting the club, blood battle, drives, etc. Please tag us!
Donation (1hr) — Donating blood during a Campus blood drive earns members an hour for each donation.
Programming (Program Length) - participate in programming outside of meeting hours
